We encourage registrants to commit to attend all four webinars and to participate in online discussions and other activities. For participating in at least three of the four webinars, you will earn a certificate that may help you receive professional learning credit from your district, state or employing organization.

This session will help participants identify the key data sets necessary for a comprehensive review of student needs.
Tuesday, September 26: Intentionally Designing Activities
Have you wondered how to design activities that help students master new knowledge and skills while still providing them with real-life, relevant and fun opportunities to engage? This session will walk you through the process of intentionally designing activities by mapping needs to intervention and academic enrichment activities.
Tuesday, October 03: Implementing Your Program With Fidelity
Get strategies and tools to continually assess your program’s effectiveness throughout the year and to support ongoing professional learning for staff. This session will take learners through each step of the continuous improvement process to help guide implementation and to ensure your program achieves the intended results.
Tuesday, October 10: Engaging Partners for Sustainability
How can you involve key stakeholders in your program? This session will explore best practices for improving and developing relationships with partners. Topics will include identifying needs, establishing a common vision and sharing information.
